Privacy Notice

This notice explains how your personal data is processed on the dtmehmetaliarslan.com website and for your appointment requests, in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

Contact: phone number
Request details: the treatment topic, preferred time and note you enter
Security data: technical logs such as IP address and browser information kept by the hosting provider when you visit the site

The information you enter in the appointment form is not stored on the website. The form prepares a WhatsApp message, which only reaches us when you send it. Please do not share detailed health information in the form. Health data obtained during examination and treatment is processed separately under health legislation and the KVKK provisions on special categories of personal data.

Keeping the website secure and working properly
Fulfilling legal obligations

4. Legal grounds

Your personal data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2 on the grounds that it is directly related to entering into or performing a contract (c), necessary to fulfil a legal obligation (ç), and necessary for our legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (f). Health data is processed under KVKK Art. 6 for medical diagnosis, treatment and care by persons bound by professional secrecy.

5. Transfers

Because your appointment message is sent via WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), it may be transferred to countries where that service's servers are located. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process technical access logs. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address. Otherwise your data is not shared with third parties, except where required by law or requested by competent authorities.

6. Retention

Data related to appointment requests is kept for as long as needed to complete the request and for possible disputes; health records are kept for the periods set by the relevant legislation. After that, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not collect visitor statistics. The hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical cookies to protect the site from abuse.

To learn whether your personal data is processed
To request information if it has been processed
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
To know the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, to whom it is transferred
To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
